Intro to Backpacking Fall Overnighter
Join Led By Scouts for brisk Fall temperatures and beautiful sights as we head out for an Autumn overnighter on the AT near Delaware Water Gap. This event is open primarily to first time hikers and those with little experience. However we expect several of our LBS Almuni to be coming along for reunion. Look forward to plenty of essential skills instruction, including clothing, gear, packing, water filtering, campsite selection and set up, cooking and Leave No Trace, presented in a safe group environment on the Trail. HOMESCHOOLER CAMPING WEEKEND
Join other Homeschoolers for a weekend of camping, nature hikes, outdoor games, and an evening campfire with songs and S'mores, Led By Scouts. If your family wants to explore the fun and educational benefits of an organized, age-specific camp outing, this is the event you’ve been looking forward to. Location will be Voorhees State Park, Lebanon, NJ. The fee for the weekend includes all food and activities: Children (under 13) $12.50, Adults $17.50, Family Max $70.00.
